Cancellations and refunds:

Cancellation of any booking must be notified to BJ’s Driver Training in person or via phone call, at least 24 hours prior to the booked lesson commencement time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson commencement time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the lesson fee, which is payable at the time of cancellation, unless circumstances are deemed as extenuating by BJ’s Driver Training.

If a package is cancelled before the completion of all lessons in the package, the already completed lesson fees will convert to the full hourly lesson rate, and the difference of the remaining package fee will be refunded.

 BJ’s Driver Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking at any time. Should BJ’s Driver Training cancel a booking, any amount already paid for that booking will be refunded in full, or credited towards the next booking. All refunds will be processed by BJ’s Driver Training within five business days. BJ’s Driver Training cannot control the timeframe in which associated financial institutions may take to transact any refunds to customers’ accounts.
